A third-generation islander, Shannon Dierickx knows all the nooks and crannies of Bainbridge and North Kitsap County. Her knowledge of local real estate is as deep as her familiarity with the wonderful character of this area. Her family was here as the lumber mills helped put Bainbridge on the map, and Shannon grew up watching the community blossom. Today, she can think of no better place to raise her own family and she’s always excited to introduce newcomers to her beloved hometown.
In addition to her broker’s license, Shannon holds a Certified Negotiation Expert® realtor credential. This distinctive designation provides her with supplemental skills that give her clients an added advantage at contract time. Shannon also weaves in eleven years’ worth of corporate marketing experience into every real estate transaction, so buyers and sellers know they’re working with a savvy professional.
Engaging in a real estate transaction can be an emotional process for clients. Having bought and sold many local homes herself, Shannon understands that as well as anybody.
